When Miranda threw out the idea of doing an every day face makeup prompt, I breathed a sigh of relief. This was definitely a “cushion” week, and I’m glad to have it. What could be easier than “every day face”? Plus, I’m excited to see how all of you do your makeup on a normal, no-crazy-prompt, day.
I’ve always really admired Miranda’s makeup — long before The Makeup Mix-Up was a thing. She just looks so… healthy? Her skin is just absolutely beautiful, and I love how she sports a very natural look in today’s prompt.

I wanted to use my favorite products — some that I use pretty much every day — to complete this look. I decided on the LORAC PRO To Go Palette. It’s been a favorite of mine since the end of last year. Then I got the thinking about it, and I decided that I really wanted one of you to be able to enjoy it, too… so I bought one and I’m giving it away! But what good is an awesome palette if you don’t have the tools for it? So, I picked up a Real Techniques Starter Set
to giveaway with the palette.

Beautiful! I’m always an every day makeup girl. I love when you do a video!
Gorgeous looks! Love the neutral colors and how fresh and clean both faces look!
LOVE how it turned out!!!
I missed the challenge this week, though I enjoyed your video. You should do more video tutorials. I’m still trying to figure out editing. Hope to join in next week for fall. (Y)
Oh goodness, you are just too adorable! I love your dance moves as much as the look. It’s always fun to see how people put on their makeup. I never would have thought to use a shimmery shadow as a face highlighter. I usually stay away from highlighters because they’re either too glittery or too pink for me. I’m so going to have to try your trick and link up soon!
that’s my kind of palette! all about the pretty bronzes.
